Trip Overview

This six-day safari will take you to different wildlife areas. You will visit Tarangire National Park, known for its large number of elephants and baobab trees. In Ndutu, you will see many wildebeest during the calving season.

The journey will also take you to Ngorongoro Crater, where you can spot a variety of animals, including the Big Five. Each day will bring new experiences as you explore these places and enjoy the sights of nature.

Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport.

Welcome to Tanzania! Your adventure begins as you land at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Our Company representative will be there to warmly greet you and transfer to your lodge.

After a brief introduction and overview of your safari, you’ll have time to relax, refresh, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings before you begin exploring the natural wonders of Tanzania.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, you will set off for Tarangire National Park, known for its impressive herds of elephants and iconic baobab trees. As you drive through the park, you’ll have the opportunity to spot a wide variety of wildlife, including giraffes, zebras, lions, and many bird species. You will enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by nature, before continuing your game drive in search of more wildlife. In the late afternoon, you will head to your lodge for a relaxing evening and dinner.

Day 3:Transfer to Ndutu – The Land of Calving

After breakfast, you will leave Tarangire and drive to Ndutu, a special part of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This region is famous for the calving season, when thousands of wildebeest give birth, attracting predators like lions and cheetahs. Along the way, you will enjoy a game drive, spotting different animals in their natural habitat. Upon arrival, you will check in at your lodge and later head out for an afternoon game drive to witness the incredible wildlife activity in the area. After an exciting day, you will return to your lodge for dinner and rest.

Day 4:Full Day in Ndutu

Today, you will spend a full day exploring Ndutu, one of the best places to witness the wildebeest calving season. With thousands of newborn calves on the plains, predators like lions, cheetahs, and hyenas are often seen in action. You will start with an early morning game drive, a great time to see wildlife at its most active. After a picnic lunch in the bush, you will continue searching for more wildlife encounters. As the sun sets, you will return to your lodge for a well-deserved dinner and relaxation.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater Exploration

After breakfast, you will leave Ndutu and drive to the famous Ngorongoro Crater, a natural wonder filled with diverse wildlife. As you descend into the crater, you will have a chance to see the Big Five, including lions, elephants, and possibly the rare black rhino. The crater floor is also home to large herds of zebras, wildebeest, and hippos. You will enjoy a picnic lunch by the hippo pool, surrounded by breathtaking views. In the afternoon, after an exciting game drive, you will head to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Departure

After breakfast, you will check out from your lodge and begin your journey back. You will enjoy a scenic drive as you head towards the airport, with a stop for lunch along the way. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some time to relax before your transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your outbound flight. This marks the end of your unforgettable safari adventure. Safe travels and hope to see you again!
