Terms & Conditions
The legal and contractual relationship between TANSAFARI-TOURS LTD and the Customer shall be subject to the travel terms and conditions set out below:
All booking requests should be sent to us by email. We will respond to you within 24 hours of receipt of your email to confirm your booking request.
Kindly note that we require a minimum 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking; this deposit is used to cover the advance payments we must make to reserve your accommodations and other services. The remaining 80% will be due and payable a minimum of 45 days before your arrival. If, at the time of booking, your scheduled arrival date is fewer than 45 days away, full payment upfront will be required. Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card.
In the unfortunate event that you must postpone your trip with us, whether owing to the Covid-19 pandemic or for any other reason, please notify us by email as early as possible. We will be happy to issue you a credit note that may be used anytime up to one year from your originally scheduled arrival date. Please understand that if there has been any increase in government fees, accommodation rates, activity rates and/or internal flight costs in the interim period, we will have to pass these increases on to you.
In the worst-case scenario that you must cancel your trip with us and you would like to request a refund, the following conditions will apply:
- Cancellation 45 days or more before your scheduled arrival date…………..80% refund
- Cancellation 30-44 days before your scheduled arrival date.…………………..60% refund
- Cancellation 15-29 days before your scheduled arrival date…………………….30% refund
- Cancellation fewer than 15 days before your scheduled arrival date………..No refund
