Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport.

Welcome to Tanzania! Upon your arrival, a Tansafari representative will greet you at the airport and assist with your transfer to your lodge. You’ll have time to relax, settle in, and refresh after your journey. Your guide will provide an overview of the safari ahead, and you can enjoy a comfortable evening at your lodge. This is the perfect way to start your adventure, preparing you for the exciting days ahead.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, you’ll head to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large herds of elephants and towering baobab trees. Once inside the park, you’ll enjoy a game drive through the stunning landscape, spotting wildlife like giraffes, zebras, lions, and a variety of bird species.

The park’s diverse ecosystems, from open grasslands to swamps, offer great opportunities to see different animals in their natural habitats. You’ll have a picnic lunch in the park, surrounded by nature, before continuing your game drive in the afternoon. At the end of the day, you’ll head back to your lodge to relax and enjoy a nice dinner.

Day 3: Visit Dattoga and Hadzabbe at Lake Eyasi.

After breakfast, you’ll drive to the Dattoga and Hadzabbe tribes near Lake Eyasi, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet the Hadzabe, one of the last remaining hunter-gatherer tribes in Africa. You’ll learn about their traditional way of life and might even join them for a short hunt or learn how they use their bows and arrows.

Next, you’ll visit the Datoga people, known for their skilled craftsmanship and metalwork. You’ll observe their unique traditions and daily activities. After the visits, enjoy a picnic lunch by the lake before returning to your lodge to relax for the evening

Day 4:Ngorongoro Crater via Maasai

After breakfast, you’ll head to the famous Ngorongoro Crater, but not before stopping at a Maasai village. You’ll have the chance to meet the Maasai people, learn about their unique culture, and see how they live alongside their cattle.

The Maasai will welcome you with a traditional dance, and you can ask questions about their way of life. After your visit, you’ll continue the journey to the Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as the “Garden of Eden.” Once inside, you’ll enjoy a game drive through the crater floor, spotting animals like elephants, lions, and flamingos in the soda lakes. After a full day of exploration, you’ll head back to your lodge for a relaxing evening.

Day 5: Departure

After breakfast, you’ll check out from your lodge and begin your journey back to the airport. Your guide will ensure a smooth transfer to the airport for your international flight. This marks the end of an unforgettable safari experience, filled with incredible wildlife, cultural encounters, and breathtaking scenery. Safe travels, and we hope to welcome you again!
