Trip Overview

This 5-day safari takes you through some of Tanzania’s most breathtaking destinations. You will explore Tarangire National Park, known for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees, and experience the rich culture of Tengeru Village with a canoeing adventure.

A visit to the Ngorongoro Crater offers a chance to see diverse wildlife in a stunning natural setting. Throughout the journey, you will enjoy scenic landscapes, exciting game drives, and unforgettable moments in the heart of Tanzania.

Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport.

Welcome to Tanzania! Your adventure begins as you land at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Our Company representative will be there to warmly greet you and transfer to your lodge.

After a brief introduction and overview of your safari, you’ll have time to relax, refresh, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings before you begin exploring the natural wonders of Tanzania.

Day 2: Tengeru Cultural experience and Canoeing adventure

After breakfast, you will head to Tengeru cultural Program for an immersive cultural experience. Here, you will learn about the daily life of the local Meru people, visit coffee farms, and even take part in the coffee-making process, from picking the beans to roasting and brewing. You’ll also have the opportunity to interact with the community and gain insight into their traditions and way of life.

Later, you will enjoy a canoeing adventure on Lake Duluti, a peaceful crater lake surrounded by lush forest. Afterward, you will return to your lodge to unwind and prepare for the next day’s adventure.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park.

After breakfast, you will set off for Tarangire National Park, known for its huge elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. As you drive through the park, you’ll spot giraffes, zebras, lions, and many other animals roaming freely. The Tarangire River attracts wildlife, making it a great spot for sightings.

You will enjoy a picnic lunch in a scenic area before continuing your game drive. Keep an eye out for colorful birds and smaller animals hiding in the bushes. After an exciting day, you will drive to your lodge for dinner and relaxation.

Day 4:Guided Game Drive at Ngorongoro crater

After an early breakfast, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most famous wildlife areas. As you descend into the crater, you will be surrounded by stunning landscapes and a high concentration of animals, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, and rhinos.

You will enjoy a game drive across the crater floor, passing through grasslands and small lakes where hippos and flamingos can be seen. A picnic lunch will be served in the crater, allowing you to take in the incredible views. In the afternoon, you will ascend and head back to Arusha, where your safari ends.

Day 5: Departure

After breakfast, you will have a relaxed morning at your lodge. Later, you will enjoy lunch before being transferred to the airport for your outbound flight. This marks the end of your safari, but the unforgettable memories of Tanzania’s wildlife and landscapes will stay with you. Safe travels, and we hope to welcome you again!
